The NW Mind Body Spirit Connection Spring Expo premiers in Bellevue on April 21st from 10 am to 5 pm at the Hilton Bellevue. The expo features a line up of 21 speakers offering talks, classes and mini-workshops in a variety of holistic health and wellness topics as well as a Keynote Panel and an Exhibitor Hall filled with vendors offering product samples, demos, readings and mini reflexology and massage sessions.

Included in the line up is Dr. Brad Lichtenstein, N.D., a naturopathic physician in private practice and a professor at Bastyr University for over two decades. His talk, titled "Breathing Your Way to Health" will explain how breath retraining has been shown to efficiently and safely reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, regulate hormones, create mental alertness, help with focus, and decrease stress. Geraldine Banes of Studio Beju invites participants to experience deep relaxation in her class "Singing Bowl Meditation with Native American Flutes." And Susan Moore, the owner and herb giver of Chava Naturals and an equine-guided education facilitator will present "Herbal Wellness for our Equine and Canine Partners."
